Local calendar processing
If you enable calendar integration, Meeting Ready searches for Zoom links locally on your Mac. Calendar titles, notes, attendees, URLs, meeting IDs, and passcodes are not sent to the developer.

Private by design
Meeting Ready does not require an account, include advertising, use analytics SDKs, or track users.
Camera video, microphone audio, screen contents, and meeting contents are not saved or transmitted. The app uses HTTPS only to retrieve public Zoom version guidance.
