Operator and scope
Toybird Labs develops and provides AI Study Sheet (Japanese name: AI赤シート). This policy applies to version 3.0.0 of the iPhone and iPad app.
Information processed on your device
Material photos, images, PDFs, OCR text, extracted terms, masks, page titles and notes, folders, settings, and study or review history are processed and stored locally. To resume imports, the app may keep a copy of a selected PDF, processing state, drafts, and import history in its local storage.
External servers
Material images and recognized text are not sent to external AI services or Toybird Labs servers. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, and Toybird Labs does not collect study materials through the app. No account is required.
Purchases
Unlimited Saves purchases and restoration use Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes payment; Toybird Labs does not receive payment-card numbers. The app may contact Apple services to verify purchase status.
Camera, photos, and files
Device features are used to capture materials and import the photos, PDFs, or backups you select. The OS requests permission when required. Manage permissions in device Settings.
Backups and sharing
You can export backups containing materials and study history or share masked images. If you choose iCloud Drive or another storage or sharing service, that provider’s policy applies. The app does not automatically synchronize materials to a Toybird Labs cloud service.
Review notifications
Optional review reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. Disable them in the app or through OS notification settings.
Managing stored data
Manage or delete saved materials and drafts in the app. Deleting a saved page does not delete exported backups or files at a sharing destination. Make any needed backup before deleting the app. Device backups provided by iOS or cloud providers follow their own settings and policies.
Information you send for support
If you email support, the email address, message, and attachments you provide are used to respond and investigate issues. Do not send unnecessary personal information or study materials.
