VoicePocket

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

VoicePocket respects your privacy. This policy explains how voice input, transcripts, organized notes, tasks, shopping items, personal dictionary data, iCloud sync, advertising, and third-party services are handled.

Voice Input and Speech Recognition

VoicePocket uses your device microphone when you start recording. Audio is used to create a transcript through Apple speech technology on device.

VoicePocket does not save audio files and does not send audio recordings to Toybird Labs servers.

Transcripts and Organized Data

Recognized text, edited transcripts, organized memo text, tasks, shopping items, history, settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

VoicePocket does not upload your transcript, memo contents, tasks, or shopping lists to Toybird Labs servers.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, saved VoicePocket data may be stored in and synced through your own iCloud private database. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Toybird Labs does not operate a separate server for syncing your VoicePocket notes.

Personal Dictionary and Corrections

VoicePocket may save text-based correction hints and frequently used words, such as names, places, tasks, and shopping items, to improve future speech recognition hints and organization quality.

You can turn off learning from corrections or reset the personal dictionary in the app’s Settings.

Sharing

If you choose to share or export content, VoicePocket opens the standard iOS share sheet. Information is sent to another app or service only after you choose a destination. The privacy policy of the selected destination applies to information you share.

Advertising

VoicePocket uses Google AdMob to display banner ads and interstitial ads. Depending on region, device settings, Google configuration, and ad availability, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, advertising data, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Toybird Labs does not sell your personal information.

Permissions

VoicePocket requests microphone access to record speech for transcription. If you deny microphone access, voice input will not work, but you may still use manual text input where available.

Deleting Data

You can delete saved notes and reset personal dictionary data from within the app. Removing the app also removes locally stored app data, subject to iOS behavior and any content you separately shared, exported, or synced through iCloud.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated if the app’s features, advertising configuration, or data-handling practices change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
