Service
Prompt Ready provides workflow templates, structured prompt assistance, and related user-interface features intended to help you work with AI services more efficiently. Features may differ by platform and may change over time.
Free Use and Availability
The Prompt Ready for ChatGPT v1.0 experience is intended to be offered without a Prompt Ready subscription fee. Toybird Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or availability in the future.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you submit, the instructions you send to an AI service, and how you use any generated output. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Review important output before relying on it.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Prompt Ready to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service or its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious content.
Third-Party Services
Prompt Ready may be used with services operated by third parties, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Your use of those services is governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. Toybird Labs is not responsible for the availability, operation, or output of a third-party service.
Intellectual Property
Prompt Ready, its interface, branding, software, and original workflow content are owned by Toybird Labs or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
No Warranty
Prompt Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Toybird Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated output.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toybird Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of Prompt Ready or a connected third-party service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or operating environment changes. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tokyo, Japan, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
