Prompt Ready respects your privacy. This policy explains how source text, generated prompts, clipboard access, local settings, and optional links to external AI services are handled.
Local Processing
Source text and topics you enter, along with prompts generated by the app, are processed locally on your Mac. Prompt Ready does not automatically send that content to Toybird Labs servers or to an external AI service.
Clipboard Access
When you choose the paste action, Prompt Ready reads text from the clipboard so it can place that text into the editor. When you choose the copy action, Prompt Ready writes the generated prompt to the clipboard.
Prompt Ready does not collect, transmit, or maintain a clipboard history.
Local Settings
Prompt Ready stores a limited set of preferences locally on your Mac, such as the selected AI destination, whether onboarding has been completed, whether to open the home screen at launch, and the identifiers of up to three favorite ideas.
The source text you enter and generated prompts are not saved to Toybird Labs servers.
External AI Service Links
Prompt Ready can open the websites for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini when you choose the relevant link. The app does not automatically log in, paste your text, or submit a prompt to those services.
When you use an external AI service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply to any information you choose to provide.
Accounts, Advertising, Analytics, and Developer Servers
Prompt Ready does not require account registration or login. It does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs and does not use Toybird Labs servers to process your source text or generated prompts.
Third-Party Names
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are referenced only to help users choose where they may use a generated prompt. Prompt Ready is an independent app and is not provided, endorsed, or operated by the providers of those services.

This policy may be updated if the app’s features or data-handling practices change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
