Prompt Ready respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled across the Prompt Ready desktop apps and the Prompt Ready experience for ChatGPT.
Prompt Ready for Windows and macOS
Source text, topics, and prompts generated by the desktop apps are processed locally on your device. Prompt Ready does not automatically send that content to Toybird Labs servers or to an external AI service.
When you choose a paste action, Prompt Ready reads text from the clipboard. When you choose a copy action, Prompt Ready writes the generated prompt to the clipboard. Prompt Ready does not maintain a clipboard history.
Prompt Ready for ChatGPT
The ChatGPT version runs within ChatGPT. When you choose a workflow and send content, the information you submit is handled within the ChatGPT environment so the requested workflow can continue in your conversation.
Toybird Labs does not require a separate Prompt Ready account and does not intentionally store your source text, generated instructions, or ChatGPT responses in a Toybird Labs user database.
OpenAI's terms and privacy policy apply to information processed by ChatGPT.
Local Settings
Depending on the version, Prompt Ready may store limited preferences locally on your device or in the local storage available to the ChatGPT interface. These preferences can include the selected interface language, workflow options, output language, onboarding state, and a short list of recently used workflow identifiers.
Recent items are designed to store workflow identifiers rather than the text you entered or the responses generated by ChatGPT.
Accounts, Advertising, and Analytics
Prompt Ready does not require a separate Toybird Labs account or login. The Prompt Ready for ChatGPT experience is intended to be free to use and does not include third-party advertising. Prompt Ready does not use an advertising SDK to profile your activity.
Infrastructure and Technical Logs
Prompt Ready may rely on hosting and delivery providers such as Cloudflare. These providers may process routine network, security, and operational metadata as part of providing their services. Toybird Labs does not use this infrastructure to build a profile of the content you submit to Prompt Ready.
Third-Party Services
Prompt Ready may reference services such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Those services are operated by their respective providers. When you use a third-party service, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply.
Prompt Ready is an independent Toybird Labs product and is not provided, endorsed, or operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other third-party AI providers.

This policy may be updated if Prompt Ready's features or data-handling practices change. The updated date will be shown on this page.
