Playing the Game

How do I start a puzzle?

Choose Play from the home screen, select a character, then choose a difficulty level.

What do the difficulty levels mean?

Easy uses a 3×3 puzzle, Normal uses a 5×5 puzzle, and Hard uses a 7×7 puzzle.

Can I play on iPad?

Yes. Brainlot Puzzle supports both iPhone and iPad.

Unlocking Characters

Which characters are free?

The first five characters are available for free.

How do I unlock all characters?

The parent menu includes an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock all 20 characters.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the parent menu and choose Restore Purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Troubleshooting

The puzzle or screen layout looks wrong

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. If the issue continues, please contact support with your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and a screenshot.

Purchase restore does not work

Confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase, then try Restore Purchase again. If the issue continues, please check your App Store purchase history or contact Apple Support.
