Account and Login
Brainlot Puzzle does not require an account, login, registration, or social sign-in.
Developer-Operated Server
Toybird Labs does not operate a backend server for storing your Brainlot Puzzle gameplay progress, selected characters, puzzle results, app settings, or personal information.
Gameplay and Local Storage
Puzzle play, character selection, progress display, unlocked-character status, purchase status, and app settings may be stored locally on your device.
This information is used to operate the app and keep your unlocked content available. It is not uploaded to Toybird Labs servers.
In-App Purchase
Brainlot Puzzle offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock all characters. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Toybird Labs does not receive your full payment card details.
The app may store local purchase status so that unlocked features remain available after purchase or restore.
Promotional Codes
If promotional code redemption is supported, redemption is handled through Apple or the App Store flow. The app may update local unlock status after a valid redemption.
Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Brainlot Puzzle does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Children's Privacy
Brainlot Puzzle is designed as a simple puzzle game for general audiences, including families. The app does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information to Toybird Labs.
Support Email
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to include is handled through your email provider and the support mailbox. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary for support.
Deleting Data
You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device, subject to iOS and iPadOS behavior. Purchases are managed by Apple and may be restorable with the Apple ID used for purchase.
