Basic Usage
- Allow photo-library access. To review the full library, select access to all photos.
- Start with Today’s 10 for a short daily photo session, or choose another source such as a year/month, old photos, random photos, screenshots, or videos.
- For each item, choose Keep or Let Go. You can also mark still photos to See Again.
- If items are marked for deletion, confirm the deletion at the end of the session.
- Optional daily reminders can be enabled in Settings and open Today’s 10 directly.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Today’s 10?
It is a short daily session of up to ten photos. When possible, the app uses photos from the same month and day in past years. Fewer than ten exact-date matches is valid, and the app does not widen that exact-date search to nearby days.
What does See Again do?
See Again is an app-local mark for photos you enjoyed rediscovering. It does not change Apple Photos Favorites. If a marked photo is deleted or becomes unavailable, the app removes the mark.
Can I share a rediscovered photo?
Yes. Still photos can be shared through the standard iOS share sheet from the review flow and the See Again viewer.
Are my photos or videos uploaded to a server?
No. Original media is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to Toybird Labs servers.
Can I restore an item that I deleted by mistake?
Yes. Open the Photos app and restore the item from Recently Deleted while it remains available there.
What is shown under recently discarded items?
Yuru Dansha saves a reduced-size local thumbnail preview after a successful deletion. The preview is removed automatically after 30 days. The app does not copy the original photo or video.
Why are some photos not shown?
Hidden photos are excluded. Photos outside the permission scope are also unavailable. Open Settings and review photo access if needed.
Why do ads appear?
Yuru Dansha is a free app supported by banner and native advertising. Ads should not cover the main controls.
